Then we paid the ridiculous price and went to Ripley's Believe it or Not museum. It was actually pretty cool and better than I thought it would be. Here are a few pictures.
Cute, no?
Optimus Prime! You can feel Jesse's enthusiasm radiating off the picture...
The Last Supper. Made entirely out of dryer lint.
Jimi Hendrix. Made entirely out of playing cards.
Bed pan collection dating back to the 1700's.
I guess giant tires are the only thing that can get a smile out of him.
I didn't get any pictures of the shrunken head (which I now know how to make), which I think was Jesse's favorite. I found it creepy. I also didn't get any pictures of the creepy medieval torture devices. And there were a lot! It was a fun trip!
Also, we went to Panda Express. I decided to go out the back door. I turned around to talk to Jesse and pushed the door open. Immediately an alarm went off. Panda Express does a lousy job marking their Emergency Exits. It was scary.
Also, after leaving my rings at the jeweler for a whole week, and almost crying about it, I finally got them back! And now they fit next to each other perfectly!
Oh, and one last thing. I love Starburst jelly beans. Easter is my new favorite holiday! Target sells bags of all red Starburst jelly beans. I bought 3 bags of them. And 2 bags of tropical flavor. I feel like this will be a worse weight-gain holiday than Christmas was... Oh well.
Your ring looks great!!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to check out ripley's but the upside down house got me first!
