I can't believe we finally finished it! I wish we could somehow preserve it for next year. I'll post another blog with some of the How-to's and details later on.
Oh, also, I made this cheesecake for Christmas and never posted a pic. It's a chocolate chip brownie cheesecake with ganache.

and i think the blanket adds a nice touch. makes it feel like an attraction at the harry potter theme park.
Believe me, you do not want to eat it. It's been in the making for over a month. And most of the parts were baked a while ago.
