So long, Red Elephant

So I officially quit the Red Elephant.  Sad day.  I worked there for more than 3 years!! Crazy.  I was there when we opened up Kerry Forest.  Now, I hadn't actually worked any of my shifts in almost two months, I kept giving them away, but still, now that I'm officially not an employee, it feels weird.  And kind of sad. 

Anyway, they had a little going away party for me and for Rachael, who is graduating and leaving soon.  They got this super cute cake!

So cute.  Publix is awesome.

I certainly won't miss working on evenings and Saturdays during football season.  But I will miss all of my Red Elephant friends, and of course, my discount!! I've never paid full price there!  But I'm still gonna eat there a lot, cuz it's pretty much my favorite restaurant.

Billy, my mom, and Corey.  My mom is like weird friends with Corey and Billy.  She told Billy he can come over and nap at her house any time he has a break.  She also wants to have him over for dinner...

    I just realized it looked like I meant sad that you had worked there for three years... I should have put: That is sad that you quit! Quitting a job is always bittersweet...

    Haha, it's sad in both ways!! I'm working for The Family Cafe, a non-profit organization. We put on a huge disability conference every year. I've been working here since November, but now I'm working 32 hours a week and starting school next week (13 hours), so it was time to ditch the restaurant.
